Tom has led the Third-Party Administration (TPA) division at Scroggins since 1990. He has modernized retirement plan services through the adoption of Relius software and facilitated the transition of hundreds of pension plans into 401(k) and cash balance programs. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Tom is known for aligning retirement strategies with clients’ long-term financial goals.
